NBS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS HIRING!
We are looking to hire a part time to full time Rental Property Inspector/office assistant. Most properties are located in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City and some in surrounding areas. This position is 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Hours may vary slightly depending on occupancy.
This position will be responsible for:
-Inspecting occupied and vacant properties
-Using a tablet and our software to upload images and notes
-Customer service skills
-Good communication skills
-Working phone. Candidate must be able to communicate with managers, track time through app, use navigation to properties, update tasks as completed
-Time management skills, dependable, and be a motivated self starter who can work alone or with a team.
