Newest and biggest job thats recently completed for MVP Pro Service is a Cabin in Gatlinburg that had a sprinkler system failure that broke and flooded 3 out of 4 floors. Cabin was gutted down when we arrived and put it all back together and ready for rentals.

Been some long weeks recently but we are still actively working and also completing some work for MVP Pro Service. Here are several jobs 1st is a flooring job in a cabin in Wears Valley that had awful carpeting now with new laminate waterproof flooring. 2nd is a Cabin in Sky Harbor built a covered porch addition to add more seating and viewing pleasure. 3rd is a commercial building that needed a face lift from old and drab to eye catching 2 tone front. 4th is a last on this post the fire cabin from months ago got a completely new master bath upgrade after insurance work was done from top to bottom.

Fire cabin stage 1 done. Fire damage removed, new roof on dormer, new electrical and exaust fan ( cause of fire ) now properlyvented as well, new insulation, new tongue and groove pine walls and trim stained and polyurethaned to match, acid washed tile and grout, cleaned toliet and tub and general cleaning back to new almost. All completed for MVP Pro Service. This is also the job we had to put on our scaling gear to repel down iced hill to get to job.

When someone says I can do it cheaper, you need spend the little extra money to insure it will be done right. Had to rip out this drywall patch, drylock, insulate, reinstall with texture, paint, & reinstall trim and base. This job is now completed right for MVP Pro Service on a Gatlinburg cabin.

Assisted MVP Pro Serivce this week fixing and supporting an existing deck. This deck is over 16ft from ground on side of mountain and they placed a hottub on it without support. Deck was sagging badly and in danger of collapse. We went in put in 5 extra supports, lifted & leveled deck, sistered the rafters, and built dead man permanent supports. This thing isn't going anywhere.

Few projects done. Have 1 in progress pictures to come for complete bathroom remodel and these 2 complete. Roof & screened porch addition, and another LVP shower. Why I don't know but of course it leaked not shower approved. Don't know whether to hug or hit the contractor that did these to these cabin/condos in Gatlinburg. Wanna hit because Idot, but it has created plenty of work. And to top it off this drain wasn't installed correctly. The last one was installed with plumbers putty this one was done even better a Lowes bag was shoved in and around drain system to secure it. These are only a couple years old builds. Walls per rental company stayed LVP as not causing issues yet but new stone tile floor installed and all sealed properly.

Cabin number 2. Another job for Anthony Martin & MVP Pro Serivces. Glass shower doors were not installed and sealed properly so leaked under glass and rotted the flooring. We removed the trim work, LVP flooring replaced and fixed rotten wood and install new porcelain whitewashed wood looking tile flooring.

Cabin number 1 for Anthony Martin with MVP Pro Services. When you find someone that says I can do it cheaper please question it. LVP is waterproof but Do Not use It In A Shower....... Yes that's correct they put LVP in shower floor and wondered why it leaked. Everything was moldy and nasty. We tore it out and replaced it with a new tile floor. Another company did mold remediation and drywall work in room below.
