This was an especially rewarding primary bedroom + bathroom renovation we had the privilege of carrying out. White oak hardwood floors, custom inset cabinets for closet storage, new windows cut in for natural light, heated tile floors, tile wainscoting and lots of blue! Not too often, but every once in a while we get to work at a fun place like this condo in downtown, Knoxville. We added a piece of maple around the perimeter of the flooring, a pocket door/trim, and 1x8 and base cap for that pretty historic baseboard detail.

Grateful for the opportunity to help and this wonderful homeowner with all things carpentry on this basement/guest suite renovation. We took a pretty raw, unshaped space, reframed much of it and were able to give it character and charm by adding things like the arched shower opening, wainscoting, the tongue and groove ceiling detail, new trim, building the historic door and the roof canopy.

We just finished this screened in porch just in time for spring weather and are thrilled with how it came out! Tongue and groove ceiling with skylights, overhead heater, recessed lighting, screens, mahogany screen door and pvc wrapped posts and beams all made for a great finished product. Shout out to for their exceptional architectural drawings that helped the homeowner and our team bring this beauty to life!

This bathroom remodel we finished earlier this year was quite a dramatic transformation- swipe through to see the before pictures! The original 1959 yellow tile on the walls, linoleum flooring, cramped walkway and more all replaced with a more traditional style and cottage charm.

We deleted a closet in the adjacent bedroom to push the bathroom closet back behind the shower creating a much larger walkway and maximizing the storage available in the bathroom. Adding the extra square footage in the bathroom allowed for a larger vanity further increasing the storage and versatility of this home’s singular bathroom. It’s amazing what a difference a remodel like this can make in a home!

Damian is switching fields from plumbing to carpentry and is excited for a new adventure. He is an artist and a writer, bringing an eye for detail and an appreciation for beauty and quality to our team.

We had the opportunity to help with this project that is packed with character. We took an existing porch and built it into a conditioned home office space affectionately called “The Orangery”.

The doors, windows, panelization, pilasters and tongue and groove porch flooring tie this structure to the historic charm of the home. We also added a pocket door to the neighboring laundry room along with some shelving and a butcher block countertop.
