Spring has sprung and J & L Renovations is happy to finally announce that its owner, Jeff Smith, is currently restoring the historic 1818 Craighead-Jackson House in downtown Knoxville owned by the Blount Mansion Association and current storage of original building materials from the 1790's Blount Mansion and Chisholm Tavern.
