Free consultation- Listening to your ideas and discussing your options is the focus of this first meeting. It is also a chance to get to know each other, not everybody is compatible. This meeting, whether in person or a zoom or phone call, will greatly help in your evaluation of us. Project Assessment - After we gather the information we need about your project, we will prepare a preliminary Project Assessment which is a price range estimate based on scope and our experience with similar projects. Planning Process- If everyone agrees the project and our company are a good fit, we will proceed with preparing a Project Planning Agreement. This is where we will pull all the pieces together to plan and design your project and prepare a detailed proposal. There is a fee for the planning process which is based on the size and scope of the project. This aggressive planning allows the project to run smoothly and stay on schedule and budget. Revisions and contract- Any changes from the first proposal are made and you have had time to review the price. We will follow up and stay in touch, but never pressure you to make a hasty decision. Construction- Finally the real work begins bringing new people, strange noises, and positive change through your door.
