Looking for an “Jack of all trades” type worker.
Must have at least 5yrs experience in carpentry and remodeling.
Must know what your doing with no babysitting!
If you do not know what you’re doing I will know and I will send you home, I CAN NOT BABYSIT, I don’t have the time for that!
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have own transportation; I do not give rides.
Must be reliable and show up ready to work long hours every day
No drugs or alcohol allowed on property
No smoking at job sites unless in your own vehicle.
No spouses or relatives allowed on job sites at all for any reason whatsoever! This can cost you your job, it’s against OSHA rules and mine.
Must be able to lift 100 pounds throughout the day with no issues.
Must be able to handle the heat without having to take a lot of breaks.
Must be able to be left alone and get the job done with no issues.
Must be able to trust you.
I start pay out at $12/hr. After a week if I feel you have worked hard enough and know what you’re doing and the job is progressing as it should, I will give you an raise. I give bonuses for jobs done before schedule.
I pay every Friday and not a day before, don’t ask for advances, I don’t get them and neither will you.
If you can follow the rules and are experienced looking for a job then please fill out an application and we will give you an day and time to be on the job for your “trial” period to see what you know.

We are currently looking for an “Jack of all trades” type person with at least 5 years experience in each field. This person must know how to do the following
tile, drywall, roofing, concrete, plumbing, light electrical, interior/exterior painting, flooring, remodels, masonry, carpentry
This is an full time opening with a lot of work to keep you busy. Pay is determined by your knowledge and how quick you get things done. We pay when the job is completed and not before then.
We are not training anyone or “babysitting” you must know what you’re doing in the fields listed above, and you must be willing to travel.
We do not allow spouses on job sites, and there’s no smoking on properties unless in your vehicle.
We’re looking for someone who wants to work, will show up and work hard, not be on their phones all day. If this is you, then message us with your qualifications for an call back, along with what you think your skills are worth.
You must be able to lift at least 100 pounds, work long hours, and have your own transportation!
