Basement flooded. Insurance sent guys to tear out Sheetrock. We come in to install the new and set new cabinets.

What a mess. Old plaster and old brick. Getting ready for new Sheetrock and a new bathroom. Several loads hauled out of here.

Lots of plaster and lathe to tear out so we can add that 2nd bathroom.

New project starting. Will be reworking the kitchen and creating a mud room. We will also be adding a bathroom. It will be getting an exterior facelift as well. It will be hitting the market once we are done.

Little kitchen remodel this weekend. Rotten floor and rotten cabinet replacement. Will also be laying LVP flooring throughout. Painting cabinets to happen this week. Also a little surprise will happen here too.
