Most days I love my job. This day makes it all worthwhile.
This video is from a section of stream on Clear Creek where we are eradicating invasive Japanese Knotweed and replacing the habitat with native plants. Knotweed does little to prevent bank erosion or add woody debris to the riparian, yet it dominates when it takes over. One goal is restore a healthy riparian and habitat for fish and wildlife.
