Please beware of using Ace Auto Detailers NWI formerly of Kouts but now residing in Munster. We had a deal to exchange for services (mowing of 2 acre property or cash payment of $100) in exchange for inside truck detail. I performed services as scheduled and agreed upon in July, actually mowing the entire property twice due to the high grass and weeds. The next day she stated her yard looked AMAZING. Six weeks later she claimed that her yard looked like I had never cut it and accused me of not cutting it at all let alone twice which I did and if I didnt why would she say it looked amazing?? I am attaching screenshots for full transparency (with exception of blocking out both of our private home addresses). There are more screen shots as well of her canceling our appointments and refusing to follow thru, but you get the idea. I am still getting the run around from her regarding holding up her end of the deal. It has been months of several cancelled appointments and excuse after excuse. Today she told me that we never had an appointment and when I just asked for the cash payment instead I was told that "thats now how this works, bud" and my truck detail was not "her highest priority" because I am not a "paying customer" however she was not a paying customer for my business either but I still made her yard appointment my priority and showed up as scheduled to perform the work. This person Taylor Ragen Fields is not a woman of her word and I can not in good faith recommend this business to my customers/followers. I have been servicing the Kouts and surrounding communities with honor, reliability and integrity since 2022. As a new business owner and 2025 Kouts graduate please know that I am a person of my word and operate an upstanding business in our community. Buyer beware of this business.

iMow Update! Hey neighbors life's been busy the last few months around here. I graduated Kouts HS in May 🎓, started pursuing my long term Electrical Specialist certificate at Ivy Tech in June 🔌, and we're having a grad party to celebrate this weekend at home 🥳. I'd love to see any of my past or current clients if you're not busy this Saturday come say hi and meet my parents 👩👨 lol! Business is going great- I'm servicing over 20 properties regularly with a good mix of folks who just need one time cuts as well and still taking on more every week. I also want to let everyone know I just welcomed a new addition to the fleet! She's in the shop now getting a good once over before I start taking her out to my awesome clients' homes.
