Haiku cliff house completed in Dec 2024 was one of our favorite recent projects. It is loosely based on Case Study House #5 from 1945. The "Loggia" house by Whitney R.Smith was conceived of separate modules arranged around a covered living space, in this case interpreted as a humungous triangular Covered Lanai.
