A customer has just robbed monica and I for upwards of 48k for the grading on both sides of property while using same large cobble stone rock twice the size of this rock (in video below) !, Paver patio extension, pvc downspout drainage (one under sidewalk to roadside emitter], 550 linear feet of drip line 8 trees, irrigation, and the front bed of her property. Also regarded to elevation in front bed of house patio, 4 paver tree rings and 6 edging tree rings, with root pvc watering access! 4 more bags of joint compound at $110 a piece because of added paver extension worl she decided she wanted boardered with same dark charcoal pavers! , 9 steppings stones she added on right side of property costing $280 in stones and another 100 in concrete and galvanized 12" nails! Rerouting countless sprinkler heads and finally she demanded we remove 14 yards of bark! Than go purchase 9 yards of chip rock than deliver and install followed by returning the 14 yards. The original bid was 30k for paver lawn edging for lawn. The front and back top dressed which she later changed to leveling the front which we did and the plants of atleast 16 to replace current. (25 more were added at her request) and 2 trees in the back which we added but she added all rhe privacy trees! I am of course forgetting a ton but this human has single handedly destroyed us and acted like a good person and caring and loves our work and was so happy we did this for her to find out time for payment she wasnt paying us ANYTHING! MONTHS and months and months of our blood sweat and tears and bending over to make her happy and all I know is that she had paid the rock guys and grading guys 88k and we did that plus SOOO MUCH MORE AND FIXED ALL OF IT!! AND SHE REFUSES TO PAY US!! She did not allow any equipment of any kind so we did this for her with wheel barrow and shovel and and it was so taxing on our body but when I tell you all this is destroying my faith in humankind and how this will leave me, my wife and my dogs ing and homeless this winter because we trusted someone that is STRAIGHT UP EVIL!! what does a man do when an old lady who talks about selling her house and how she doesn't care anymore after we tried to get payment ! People say lein and all this but HOW WILL RHAT HELP US SURVIVE WINTER!! she has done this to 5 other contractors and ripped them ALL OFF!! And her neighbors have heard her tell us these things she wants done and even promised to pau for the work done on their side which she of course DID NOT!! ILL POST WHAT I CAN LEGALLY! pray for us guys! She is already telling her few friends and family that will listen that she is a "poor old woman just getting taken advantage of! When we have been her literal personal slave for 4 months spending our savings and she has had all the time in the world to plan killing us! In everyday that matters. All this marine can do is pray to god because there is no "stay professional" when someone directly threatens the well being of your family! Its truly disgusting and I my hope is that she gets exposed to the world!***
