Flintridge Design Inc. My designs are influenced by the lifestyles, desires and dreams of my clients and integrated into my professional experiences, always with personal service

Although I can, and often do work within particular architectural styles, most of my projects are “styled” after the personalities of my clients. My designs express images of comfort, functionality and energy efficiency. Having choices is important as well. It’s not unusual for me to present several 3d conceptual drawings to my clients in search for the ideal design. Historic preservation projects

also play a major role in my portfolio. With an abundance of architecturally significant residences in Southern California, I have been busy restoring these treasures to their original glory. In most cases I introduce design concepts, which incorporate modern needs and efficiency requirements, while preserving the architectural integrity of the home.

Thousands of structures have been destroyed in
the neighborhoods of Los
Angeles, California, as fire crews work to contain
the more than 20,000-acre blaze that started
there on Tuesday. The Fires,
exacerbated by wind gusts up to 100 mph spread rapidly through residential and
commercial districts of the affluent coastal
community, forcing tens of thousands of people
to evacuate. It is now considered the most
destructive fire in Los Angeles history.
