Before kitchen/dining room make over
1. Strip wallpaper, wash and prime walls
2. Add 6 recess lights to ceiling with dimmers.
3. Add additional outlets above counter.
4. Paint ceiling , walls, doors and trim
5. Add chair rail and crown molding
6. Install subway tile and grout
