Abby and I learned how to can green beans! It was so much fun and I want to get started learning to can other things! We snapped 30 pounds of green beans (I only have one bag pictured… there were three of those!). The end result was 14 quart jars and 32 pints! …. Sounds like we might be doing 30 more pounds too! Excited!
