These cookies have a story behind them. Did you know?

Growing up, I wasn’t a huge fan of cake. Now that I’m an adult, I’m not so sure if it was the cake or icing! Love me some whipped icing. With that being said, every year on my birthday in April, I would request a cookie cake with whipped icing! It was an unspoken rule everyone knew… “Alyssa wants a cookie cake with whipped icing”! By default, it was only right to name these “APRIL BY ALYSSA | C&C”.

I added these to the menu because it reminds me of my childhood in the best way. Everytime I am in the kitchen baking an order, I remember those memorable birthdays and reminisce!

I’d love to see these in a small business one day spreading my memory around town one cookie at a time.
