This is a professional softwash. The process is as follows...
The method we use is a soft wash process on the home, meaning we use chemicals to kill all the organics (mold, mildew, algae, etc) and also loosen up any dirt, cobwebs, etc. Then follow up with a low pressure but high volume rinse to get it all off the home. This method is completely safe for the home, avoids the risk of causing damage with high pressure water, and cleans completely.
For the concrete we will pressure wash it and also use chemical to kill any remaining organic stains leaving it completely clean and have the clean lasting longer.
