We’re excited to share a glimpse of the progress on the Thomas Park Tennis Courts project, designed by Chase Marshall Architects in collaboration with Lafayette Consolidated Government. The concrete has been poured for the brand-new 4-court tennis area, bringing us one step closer to creating a fantastic space for tennis lovers in the community!

We were thrilled to attend Lafayette Consolidated Government's groundbreaking ceremony for the new Thomas Park tennis courts this morning!

Chase Marshall Architects is proud to be the architect for this fantastic community project, which will feature a new 4-court tennis area with updated fencing. Construction is expected to take approximately six months.

We can't wait to see this project come to life and provide a great new space for local players.

It was great for Jay Chase of Chase Marshall to connect with the IDI Work Spaces team—Byron Trosclair, Celeste Barrett, and Elizabeth Hale—for a visit to the Fellowes Showroom in Chicago!
We had a productive time exploring their innovative demountable wall systems for several exciting office projects on the horizon. Seeing these flexible solutions firsthand gets us excited about creating modern, adaptable workspaces. It's always inspiring to collaborate with great partners like IDI Work Spaces and manufacturers like Fellowes.

Have you worked with demountable walls in your office spaces? We'd love to hear about your experience in the comments!

The project we did at Red Lerille's Health & Racquet Club health club is finished. The club is allowing everyone to go tour the new Ladies Workout Facility before it gets put into use. I would invite you all to go take a walk through the facility and let us know what you think of the design.

Eastshore Playground in New Orleans East is a shining example of sustainable and intentional city planning. Originally reimagined by the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORD) in partnership with Chase Marshall Architects, this community project turned upcycled shipping containers and a large covered basketball court/pavilion into a hub for gatherings and activities.

The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Engagement (ONE) hosted its second Neighborhood Cares Initiative Community Day here, bringing volunteers and city departments together to clean and enhance this beloved space. Check it out!

Eastshore Playground isn’t just a park—it’s proof of the power of thoughtful, sustainable design in creating spaces where communities thrive. , ,

Jay Chase was pleased to present “Preparing for the Unthinkable: Your Station Destroyed by a Natural Disaster” to our nation’s first responder agencies and officials actively involved in station design, and the need for new or improved facilities at the Station Design Conference in Glendale, Arizona. During his session, he discussed the lessons Chase Marshall Architects learned through the past years of working on repair, replacement, and improved projects funded by FEMA. What can you do today to make it a smoother process of recovering from a potential disaster? , ,

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Red Lerille on March 14, 2025. Red will be deeply missed by all.
