Ziler Architects can offer along with traditional architecture design, a wide range of services that include space planning, programming, interior design, construction administration, property management assistance, facility planning & management, forensic architecture, expert witness, roof and waterproofing consultation. Our clients include not only local community but also national corporations, privately held companies and governmental agencies at local, state and federal levels. Our work is diversified and encompasses a variety of industries. We have provided Architectural Services for Major Oil Companies, National Corporations, Governmental Bodies, Medical Groups, Religious Organizations, Financial Institutions and Educational Agencies, to name a few. Our educational experience includes projects for Livingston, Lafayette and Evangeline Parish School Boards, as well as several private school systems. As lead designer with a previous firm, James Ziler worked on multiple school projects during Lafayette Parish School Board’s $60 million bond project. We have also been retained by other private school systems to expand or renovate their facilities. Roofing evaluation, design and replacement is another service we provide to our clients. We have assisted the Lafayette Parish School Board in the past. Our projects are consistently within the established budget and completed on time. The performance of the roof systems we designed over the years has an excellent track record. Our goal for our client is a successful and sustaining project.
