I had decided the guests were getting a gourmet sandwich spread for their lunch that day....
we had a delicious vegetarian oh my gosh
a fantastic Reuben 
And ham and cheese. 
On those super soft and squishy Bolillos. 🤩😋 I got them at Chapitos in Los Barriles. 

Cristian called our sandwich making adventure a “Mexican Subway” 😝
they were soooo good!
