The firm has evolved into a multi-cultural team able to take on any project from the initial concept to the ultimate completion. The success of the practice has resulted from Arianna's consistent exposure to European design, often returning home to her Italian roots to find inspiration and to discover new products. Arianna approaches each project as a spatial designer, rather than just a decorator

. Trained as a designer as well as an architect, she initially focuses on solving spatial issues. This means moving or removing internal walls and openings, analyzing room space and flow and getting the most use of space.
