As a resident of South Orange County for nearly thirty years, I have the unique opportunity to work throughout our coastal communities including Laguna Niguel, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Dove Canyon, Laguna Hills, Irvine, San Clemente and Dana Point. My projects have included coastal homes and condos, second homes, vacation homes, income properties as well as properties in Mammoth and other resort communities. I can also provide home staging and green design. Eco-conscious design helps preserve the environment and I can assist with eco-friendly products and "green" alternatives to help clients live more sustainably and save on energy costs.

More cool things to see today at KBIS! Colorful appliances, carbon colored appliances, reeded cabinets, bamboo finishes on Antolini stone, lots of textures in unexpected places. Kohler, Brizo, Native Trails, Rohl, Toto, Dal & so much more! I needed coffee to keep up LOL. Lexus & GE Monogram partnered for a one of a kind SUV complete with pizza oven & wine/whiskey areas & more. One of the coolest booths was FreePower. It’s charging areas installed under the countertops. Optionally display with or without the lights. And a treat to chat with Breegan Jane today. I had met her a few months ago with Rick Campos at the Laguna Design Center. We even squeezed in the “Postcards from Earth” show at the Sphere last night. Such fun!

And shoutout to for the Certified Designers Luncheon with keynote speaker, branding guru Scott Deming. Very informative & great food plus I really enjoyed catching up with colleagues.
