The house is looking great! Shingles, the rest of the windows and doors, then siding! Such great progress!

Sunday's are fun days! For us that means waterproofing most of the roof that it's sheeted.

Shaffer boys are at it again! Removal of half a roof and old chimney.

Lots of progress at the house today.

The whole second floor has been framed and rooms made. We also put up the rafters and have started the sheeting!
As for the main floor some walls have been reframed, sheeted, new openings for windows and doors put in, and we have started tearing up the flooring!

Took advantage of the lack of wind yesterday to get the walls up at our house. Always fun to have the family come check it out once I'm done for a day.

Good news the wife found the before pictures of this house so that will be fun to post the comparisons as we complete this project.
