First ductless install of the 2026 season

Another Fujitsu bites the dust and a new Mitsubishi takes its place. This unit is what Mitsubishi calls a HyperHeat. It not only cools the space, but also provides heat when outside temperatures are well below zero.

Finished up this mechanical wall for a friend last week. Rinnai I series boiler for efficient and reliable heat. This will eventually have 5 more zones of radiant heat connected to it. For now, we hooked up the two basements zones. Built a 7 port gas manifold for future appliances.

Last picture is the very next day replacing a 31 year old Weil McLain steam boiler. Let’s hope the new one lasts another 31.

This home had a water test come back with all sorts of undesirable things in the water. We added a blowdown filter first to protect the life of each filter after, relocated the existing sediment filter, added a large 3 stage filtration system with a 5 micron sediment filter, granular activated carbon filter and carbon block filter.

Last but not least we added a UV light to kill any bacteria before it goes out into the home.

Cast iron oil boiler ➡️ Propane fired high efficiency boiler.

This one has a naviclean magnetic filter to protect the new boiler from any debris from the old boiler. It is also a combi-boiler meaning it also provides on demand hot water.

Proud to announce we have officially completed the factory training and we are officially a Diamond Contractor for Mitsubishi ductless systems! This program gives our customers an extra two years on top of the industry leading factory 10 year warranty.

Some pictures attached of last weeks projects. First one is out with old and in with the new, we installed a Hyperheat unit to replace the old through-the-wall unit. This unit will provide cooling as well as heat the space, even when the outside temperature is well below zero.

The last pictures are of a regular heat pump, which will provide cooling in the summer and heat on those brisk spring and fall days.

Attending a 2 day training course in Allentown today to become one of a select few diamond contractors in the area. With this program we will be able to offer 12 year warranties on our Mitsubishi split systems instead of the factory 10 year. In addition we will be able to offer financing and an optional labor warranty.

Before and after water heater replacement. This customer had a leaking indirect fired water heater. This type of water heater makes hot water off of an oil fired boiler, meaning they were burning oil even in the warm months.

The replacement is a propane fired on demand water heater that is far more efficient and only burns propane as you are demanding for hot water.

The last picture is a picture of the necessary tools to set up any gas appliance. They must be calibrated to ensure safe and proper combustion.

Service on a high efficiency furnace. This is why it’s important to have your gas appliances serviced. Unit was running fine on day of service but had complained of intermittent starting issues. You can see how much light you can see through this burner from the first picture to the last, and how much rust was cleaned out in between. We cleaned these burners only until a new set was ordered and installed.

LAARS wall hung high efficiency boiler. This was my first time installing this brand, as the customer purchased this themselves. I will definitely consider using these in the future.

This unit is a combi boiler meaning it provides heat g for the entire house as well as providing hot water.
