I unclogged some rain gutters and added 5 Gutter Strainers. I also repaired a section that was too close to the road and got flattened.

No, it wasnt a clog.

It had something to do with the trip-lever drain assembly linkage that operates the opening and closing of the drain.

I was able to get it working again.

I framed a balcony enclosure and found a deal on used wavey panels of tin. It wasn't enough to cover the entire balcony...

I framed a balcony enclosure and found a deal on used wavey panels of tin. It wasn't enough to cover the entire balcony, but this is where I'm currently at. I tarred the joints and then primed and painted. I also caulked where the flashing sits on top the tin.

Did some waterproofing today. Still got to get some more wavy tin panels and prime and paint the tar to match.

Recessed a strike plate so the door would shut properly. The wood was really wet, soft and stringy.
