This rotten wood siding had to go. Removed the siding and repaired the rotten studs within the wall. Then installed Hardie plank and put a fresh coat of paint on everything. Better than new!

These gable ends had been poorly patched over the years and had several areas of rot and moisture intrusion. Complete tear out and replaced with Board and Batten siding. This completely refreshed the front of this home and addressed some major issues before they could cause further damage!

New homeowner had a list of changes and repairs for their new home and this was at the top of it. All that glass made this room an oven with the heat and a door that wouldn't properly function. Replaced with an insulated wall and Hardie plank and a proper exterior door. Major improvement!
