Bit of bathroom rehab. Shower tub grout cleaning, reset an improper mounted tub fill, and replaced caulking. Went back with 100% silicone for proper waterproofing and mold resistance.

Litte bit of door rehab! Client opted to go with paint instead of stain. The South facing side of this house gets bombarded with sun and this will be a much more economical solution for upkeep compared to the original stain and urethane.
