🌿✨ Greenhouse patio: complete. ✨🌿

This space came together beautifully. We wrapped up the interior patio installation and tied it all together with the custom tree rings, giving the greenhouse a clean, finished look while creating a standout focal point around the citrus trees 🍊🌴

What started as a vision is now a fully completed space with structure, detail, and character from every angle. The patio, the bordered rings, and the overall layout all work together to make this greenhouse feel like more than just a planting area — it feels like an experience. 🔥

🌿🍊✨ GREENHOUSE PROJECT PROGRESSION – PHASE 2 COMPLETE! ✨🍊🌿

This project keeps getting more exciting with every phase! 🔥

Phase 1 was the massive paver walkway leading to the greenhouse entrance. 🚶‍♂️🧱

Phase 2 brings the pavers inside the greenhouse, creating a clean, timeless foundation and setting the stage for what’s coming next. 🙌🏽🌱

You’ll also notice the circular and bordered planting rings already installed throughout the space, ready to showcase a collection of rare citrus trees. 🍊🍋🌳 These features add structure, character, and a botanical garden feel to the entire project. 🌿✨

But we’re just getting started… 👀🔥

We have Phases 3, 4, and 5 already in the works, and we’re bringing something very creative to the inside of this greenhouse. 🤯🎨🌱 We don’t want to give away too much yet, but this space is evolving into something much more than a greenhouse. The vision is unique, artistic, and designed to create an experience. 🌴✨🍊

We added this new paver front porch and tied it seamlessly into the existing pool deck so it looks like it was always part of the original design. 👌

Matching existing hardscapes can be tricky, but taking the time to blend everything together creates a cleaner, more finished look. 🎯 The result is a larger, more functional outdoor space with a consistent appearance from front to back. 🔥

🔥 BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE 🔥

This project was a great collaboration with North Florida Seamless Solutions LLC. We completed the paver patio portion of the project, and they’ll be adding a custom metal lean-to over the patio next. If you’re looking for exterior construction work, they’re a great company to reach out to.

What started as an empty backyard is now a 1,000-square-foot custom paver patio built for entertaining, relaxing, and making memories.

Featuring sweeping radius steps, clean lines, and plenty of room for future additions, this space completely changes how the homeowners can use their backyard. Whether it’s hosting family gatherings, enjoying a quiet evening outside, or creating the ultimate outdoor living area, this patio lays the foundation for it all.

🌿✨ A Grand Entrance for a One-of-a-Kind Property ✨🌿

We recently completed this custom paver entrance, creating a welcoming first impression that matches the character of the property.

As we wrapped up and took our final photos, something pretty cool happened—the greenhouse, house, and garage all lit up and started changing colors. It made for an incredible view and was the perfect way to showcase the finished project.

The best part? We’re not done yet.

Next up, we’ll be moving inside the greenhouse to continue the transformation and bring the same level of detail and craftsmanship to the interior space.

🚧 THE PART NOBODY GETS EXCITED ABOUT… BUT IT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT 🚧

Everyone loves the finished pavers.

Very few people pay attention to what goes underneath them.

This timelapse shows the foundation of the project—excavation, grading, compaction, and base preparation. It’s not the glamorous part, but it’s the difference between a patio that lasts decades and one that settles, shifts, and fails.

At Total Grounds Management, we believe the quality of the finished product is determined long before the first paver is laid.

Another fun project wrapped up by Total Grounds Management. This custom in-ground trampoline was installed clean and flush with the yard for a safer look, better aesthetics, and a seamless fit into this family’s outdoor space.

From excavation and drainage prep to final install, we handled the entire process start to finish. These setups are awesome for families wanting something functional for the kids without having a giant above-ground trampoline sticking up in the yard. 👌
