New Shop Hours are 9am to 12pm Monday Through Thursday. Shop is closed Friday Saturday and Sunday. We have gone to this schedule to try and best serve our customers both in the shop and out on the road. If it's after 12pm call the shop as we may be there if we aren't out on the road. I 'm sure I have posted this before but it's worth posting again. I'm asked all the time about lubricating locks what's best and almost in the same breath the person will ask WD 40 the answer is no. WD 40 is an excellent degreaser but will leave a lock in worse shape that before you lubricated it in about 3 days. We use a product called Houdini and it works like magic everyone who uses it comes back for more and says how well it works and it can also be used on anything that you would use WD 40 on. By the way WD 40 stands for Water Dispelling formula number 40.

How times have changed I started to work for the Keatons in June of 1972 and a good number of lost auto keys were made with either a file by the impression method or by pulling a lock out and taking it apart. Where I would show up to the job with a truck full of wenches and screw drivers and other tools to work with today I show up with a truck full of computers. Most cars can be done in no time at all with 3 computers and one code machine. Don't get me wrong we can still impression and take things apart and put them back together it just makes me wonder where we're ahead in to.
