In my professional career spanning 31 years I have acquired many skills performing repairs and maintenance to multi-family housing, senior housing, long term care facilities, hotels, commercial properties as well as facilities management, commercial maintenance consulting and contract work, training multiple engineers Including building and managing maintenance/engineering departments. Also skilled in budget conscious home renovations. I mainly cover the east metro and willing to travel the entire metro area. I look forward to working with you!
