WORKING ON MY FIRST EXTERIOR DOOR REPLACEMENT WITH MY DAD :)
• Hopefully, us 2 old guys can handle this.
★ EDIT: 6/24... We've been working on this between other tasks. Almost done. Just need to seal peremiter, and install moulding to each side.
★ 6/25... Inside completed. Just have exterior moulding to install tomorrow.

• Repaired drywall cut open by plumbers, due to a leak.
• Shim edges, install drywall plug, FibaTape seams, apply mud, ×3 skim coats to smooth, texture blend to match, annnd paint to match.

• Shimmed holes, installed saved drywall plugs, applied FibaTape fiberglass seam tape, patched, applied 3 skim coats to smooth, textured, then painted to match.
• 1 day with dry times
= $250 labor (=about $30 hourly) +$30 travel and some materials = under $300 to make it disappear!
