3 Korean Fir Trees in planters which I started from seedlings 5 years ago. (Korean Fir take a long time to hit 2ft 🌿). Now that they are more mature, and hardened in to the local climate it is time to plant. Fads is best for Korean Fir. So … selected a spot on a downslope, adjacent water with full sun. I did not like the slope so I built a “dry pac” wall to raise the grass and provide a moist yet well drained environment for these beauties. Wall ended up being 2.2/5 feet high and over 20 ft long. A lot of material was required. Very happy with the result … 🌿🌿🌿

🌿 Landscape work complete. My client asked me to restore her landscape and add to it. The restoration required “heavy” corrective pruning to all plant material and most trees. Since installation, traditional shearing and wholesale attention was provided. Resulting in poor health, looking strung out and in many cases, “whipy” and at risk of disease. So … heavy hand pruning and bed maintenance. Once all planting and pruning was complete, Growers Secret soil conditioner was added. (Will help maintain moisture and add natural nutrients to the bed soil.) After restoring the rear patio, my client asked for some color … a planter design was presented and my clients are now enjoy color on their patio🌿 what do you have in mind? Let’s Grow!!!

After years of “shearing” this privet has become “whirly” … still looks full, but most of the growth is off one stem. Increases susceptibility to disease, is structurally not as strong and the lifespan of the plant is greatly reduced as it becomes whipy and stringy. So ….. solution is …. Hard Corrective Pruning. These guys will return, healthy and strong. Will be maintained with proper pruning techniques to avoid a similar problem. Let’s grow @🌿

I am so grateful for great clients. A young family, first house; with school and work, finding time for projects is difficult. I was hired to restore a patio and create a walkway / ZenSpace for a small garden 🌿 … grateful for the opportunity!! Patio turned out great, after removing years of organic material, over 200 lbs of poly sand was swept in and activated. Today sealed and constructed the ZenSpace. 🌿 Thank you for the work 🌿 Let’s Grow 🌿
