Breaker blown at water heater multiple times. NO hot water for guests!
Reset the internal breakers and got the requisite shocks each time.

Turns out the internal thermostats on these tankless water heaters start to fail intermittently prior to the unit failing, however, the fix to replace those is cost prohibitive, cheaper and more cost efficient to replace the unit. 3 of the top 5 units are Rheem..
Never had another issue since, new energy efficient unit, will probably last 10+ years.

Had to remove this tub, it was a worn and scratched fiberglass tub, it could not be reglazed. Cut it out with a Sawzall, removed one row of tile all the way around. Then to fit a 5 ft tub into a bathroom that was also 5 ft wide. Nope. Had to cut the wall in the adjacent bedroom and slide it through. A clean cut let us use the same piece to put back and tape & mud. New tiles set and it was complete.

Some of the stories and situations that folks have that we get called to fix, you cant make it up!

The guy who falls down the stairs and puts his head through the wall... or the 9 girl bachelorette party who calls and says the toilet is clogged and asks, "WHAT HAPPENED?"

The guy calls and says, I dont know what happened, but, the AC fell out the window.

No matter, we are always happy to help out, without regard to how it occurred, we prolly even appreciate the good stories, a little humor, a good laugh.

Everyone has experienced a clogged drain at some point, they are never fun, sometimes they are exteme and in worst case can be moderately expensive to correct. Prevention is often the most effective path.
To prevent drain clogs, avoid putting food scraps, grease, hair, and non-flushable items (like tissues) down your drains. Instead, use drain strainers, run hot water after every use (with cold for a disposal), flush weekly with a baking soda and vinegar mixture, and clean stoppers to remove trapped debris.
