Don’t dismiss the medical benefits of whole raw foods!
Many of you know that I freeze dried cow liver, heart and tongue. I then powdered it and put them in gel capsules for supplements.
I also researched foods that help my hypothyroidism, inflammation and the fat these two illnesses caused me. Turns out a lot of the same foods help all three conditions. My issues is not liking a lot of those foods or not being able to get enough in my diet. So I freezed dried those foods, powdered them and put them in capsules.
I’ve been doing the beef capsules every other day. I take the other capsules every day.
Immediately after starting the beef capsules, I lost about 10 pounds most of it being water weight/inflammation. My energy levels went way up. I could concentrate and focus better. After two weeks on the beef capsules, I changed to two beef capsules every other day. You are not supposed to have beef, liver, tongue, and heart every day.
I’ve only been on the thyroid anti-inflammatory fat burn capsules for a week. But again, I’m starting to see some changes.
I did gain some weight back, but I did not gain in size. I’m actually going down in size which tells me that as the fat is burning, my muscle is building. My thyroid is getting better I believe because the nutrients in the beef capsules help convert T4 to T3 easier. My hair is softer my skin is better. My nails are coming in stronger and faster.
My husband is seeing real changes in me in just three weeks. That’s all I am doing different!!
We look for the easiest and fastest chemicals, but there is no better way then natural food that was designed to make us healthy. Our bodies crave real nutrient and real medicine.
