Finished up another amazing project!!! This one has a ton of trim details . We used 2 coats of Sherwin Williams solid color latex stain on all wood and Sherwin Williams Duration on the metal, foundation,and gutters. What do you think? Thanks Gregg and Lisa for your continued trust in us!

This week we did our yearly power washing ,maintenance painting, staining , and door finishing on another landmark Lake Lotawana estate. We painted this beautiful home when it was built with Greg Smetanka and have been doing all the maintenance for 15 years now! Thanks John for your continued trust in us ! It’s quite an honor.

Before and afterwards. This was a big one , it was a coarse grain ash set . We filled the grain with two skim coats of bondo , removed old hardware and added new soft close hardware, new doors ,drawers ,and crown. Removed the old huge corner tv cabinet added a bar and floating shelves and new backsplash. Also removed and replaced all stair treads with oak and new spindles

We've taken care of all the maintenance, painting, and staining on this Lotawana landmark home for 17 years! This time, we stained and applied two coats of Sikkens high-performance wood finish, hand-brushed on all the cedar. We also hand-brushed all the custom railings with Benjamin Moore Command industrial enamel. Truly, it's an honor to work on this property. Special thanks to Jon and Julie Ellis for your trust and continued business.
