Stripped the original black off this Custom Shop ES-355 and the wood underneath told a whole different story — flame, character, surprises. That’s one of the things we love about this process.
From there, it was full Standard Makeover mode. New vintage-correct nitro, our broken-in look with full weather checking throughout — that beautiful, natural-looking pattern that only happens when you do it right and let the finish breathe the way a vintage guitar would.

Every build is treated as a one-off — carefully transformed from the inside out, with Brazilian rosewood conversion and a finish that brings the instrument fully to life.
