Locker Restoration Corporation was founded in 2013 compiling a series of programs to complete factory restoration of Hazardous Storage Lockers for NAVFAC.

Following the year one contract, additional services were added based on requests to restore and manage facilities allocations to include a scheduled maintenence program, field restoration and logistics support..

NAVFAC stands for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. NAVFAC is a global organization that provides facilities engineering services and products to the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. NAVFAC's services include:

Design and construction: NAVFAC plans, builds, and maintains facilities.
Environmental: NAVFAC provides environmental services.

Real estate: NAVFAC manages real estate.

Public works: NAVFAC provides public works services.

Acquisition: NAVFAC provides acquisition services.

Base development: NAVFAC develops bases.

LTC is an answer to a Request for Proposal to provide restoration service to portable facilities owned and managed by NAVFAC.
