I’m Melissa, the face behind Rooted By Wrights. I specialize in plant therapy workshops for seniors and recovering populations throughout Sussex County and Morris County. Plant therapy offers so many beautiful benefits — reducing stress, encouraging mindfulness, sparking conversation, improving mood, and creating a sense of purpose and connection through nature. 🌱
I also consider myself a “planterior” designer. I love elevating your favorite spaces by bringing nature indoors in a way that feels calming, natural, and personal.
