Some mangoes are good. Some mangoes are an event. πŸ₯

Cat Saigon is an event.

This is one of the largest mangoes we grow β€” a giant, substantial fruit that commands the table the moment you set it down. We’re talking serious size. The kind of mango that makes people stop and ask what it is before you even cut into it.

And then you cut into it.

The flesh is completely fiberless, smooth, and dense β€” a clean, almost buttery texture that holds together on the knife and melts in the mouth. The flavor is honey-sweet and mildly floral. Not sharp. Not one-dimensional. Just deep, well-rounded sweetness with a subtle floral finish that stays with you long after the last bite.

This is what the Indochinese family does at its best β€” and Cat Saigon delivers it at a scale that has to be seen to be believed.

Season runs July through August. If you’re building a serious tropical fruit collection and you want something that delivers on size AND flavor without compromise β€” this is it.

Not just a mango. A statement.

We will see you in the grove. 🌴

When a mango is truly ready, you don’t pull it… it lets go.

This Nam Doc Mai developed a beautiful golden-orange color right on the tree, and with one gentle twist it snapped off perfectly.

The flavor? Rich honey sweetness with floral aromas, subtle spice, tropical complexity, and a unique funky character that makes Nam Doc Mai one of the most recognizable mangoes in the world. 🍯πŸ₯

Nothing beats tree-ripened fruit.

Most people have never heard of an Atemoya. Fewer have seen two bloom at once. Gefner and Presity β€” two of our top varieties β€” both showing flowers right now in the grove. This is how the next generation of fruit starts.”

Caimito β€” the fruit you won’t find in stores 🌟

Two varieties, green and purple, both creamy, sweet, and unreal when chilled. Cut it open horizontally and you’ll see the star inside.

These trees thrive in South Florida and produce hundreds of fruit a season. Grafted green and purple caimito available now.

Fruit Punch vs Fruit Cocktail β€” same Boynton Beach breeding program, two completely different mangoes.

Fruit Punch is the crowd-pleaser. 1–1.5 lb fruit, scarlet over orange, heavy producer, firm fiberless flesh. Bright citrus-pineapple snap with classic mango sweetness underneath. Easy keeper at 10–20 ft.

Fruit Cocktail is the trophy. ~1 lb fruit, yellow with a soft blush, naturally compact at 10–15 ft. Modest production, but the flavor is the payoff β€” resinous, layered citrus, pineapple guava, spice building underneath. Terpene depth that tastes like the fruit cup juice you drank as a kid. Long finish.

One mango that does it all? Fruit Punch. One that stops people mid-bite? Fruit Cocktail.

Which one’s going in your yard? πŸ‘‡

Eight mangoes. Eight completely different flavors. πŸ₯

P22 β€” A newer Zill release. Indochinese flavor with bright tartness, citrus notes, and a lot of sweetness behind it. You have to taste it to get it.

Coconut Cream β€” Tropical, creamy, coconut on the finish. The crowd favorite for a reason.

Buttercream β€” Rich, smooth, dense flesh. Eats exactly like the name.

Fruit Punch β€” Big fruit with a red blush. Layered, complex, tastes like a tropical drink in fruit form.

Orange Sherbet β€” Lemony, citrus-forward, smooth. Eats like the dessert it’s named after.

Kathy K3 β€” Also called Kryptonite. Sweet, smooth, almost melting. Vanilla, peach, apricot, and a hint of orange in the aroma.

Glenn β€” Mild, sweet, peachy, no fiber. The gateway mango for a lot of people.

Vin Long β€” Vietnamese variety from the Mekong Delta. Large fruit, sweet with a mild tartness. Firm and juicy. Eats green or ripe.

Which one are you growing first? πŸ‘‡

Sapodilla is the future 🌱

Every Florida homeowner should have one in their yard.

🌴 Built for Florida β€” heat, hurricanes, sandy soil, drought. It shrugs it all off.

❄️ Cold hardy. This year’s cold fronts came through and our trees didn’t flinch.

πŸ”„ Always producing. 3-4 harvests a year. No off season.

πŸ’° Zero grocery store competition. Specialty markets sell sapodilla up to $10/lb β€” and our Gigantic and Butterscotch varieties start at over a pound per fruit.

🍯 Brown sugar. Caramel. Pear. Malt. One of the best flavors on earth.

Yes, it grows slower than mango. People hear that and walk away.

Don’t.

3 years is gonna pass either way. Plant now, have a producing tree later. Wait, and you still have nothing.

You’re not planting a fruit tree.

You’re planting an asset.

We’ll see you in the grove 🌴
