CUSTOMER - How much will it cost to do this job?
CONTRACTOR- $2,800 dollars

CUSTOMER - That's too expensive for this job!
CONTRACTOR - How much do you think it should cost?

CUSTOMER - $800 MAX! It's an easy job!
CONTRACTOR - Can't do the job for that little.

CUSTOMER - People in your line of work want to make big profits!.
CONTRACTOR - Sorry it feels that way. Why don't you do the work?.

CUSTOMER - But, but, I don't know how to do any of it.
CONTRACTOR – For $900, I can teach you everything you need to know to get the job done. Then you can use $800 to do the work and still be saving $1,100. Plus, you'll gain all the knowledge and experience for the next time you need to do this job.

CUSTOMER - Deal !
CONTRACTOR - Great ! You need to buy tools to get started. You'll need a chisel hammer, nail gun, laser, drill, blender, personal protective gear and a few other things.

CUSTOMER - But I don't have any of those tools and I can't buy them all for one job!
CONTRACTOR - Alright. I can rent my tools for another $300. You are still saving $800.

CUSTOMER – That's cutting my savings, but I'll rent your tools.
CONTRACTOR - Perfect ! I'll be back Saturday and we can get started.

CUSTUMER - Hold on! I can't Saturday. I only got time today.
CONTRACTOR - Sorry, I only teach others on Saturdays. I have to prioritize my time and my tools need to be on other jobs I have during the week.

CUSTOMER - Well Then. I will sacrifice my family plans on Saturday.
CONTRACTOR - Yeah me too! Oh I forgot. If you're going to do the work yourself, you need to buy the materials. There is high demand these days so the best you can do is get a truck and be at the hardware store at 6am before other contractors come.

CUSTOMER - SIX AM IN THE MORNING? On a Saturday? It's too early for me. I don’t even own a truck!
CONTRACTOR - I guess you'll have to rent one. By the way, do you have some helpers to help you load the truck?

CUSTOMER - Guess what? I've been thinking. It's probably better for you to do the work. Better get paid to do the job right and not have to go through all that hassle.
CONTRACTOR - Well thought out Sign here and let me get to work.
