Seeking detailed oriented office administrator for a construction company in Lakeland, FL. Experience in construction preferred familiar with programs such as Excel, Buildertrend, and Quickbooks. Able to work independently under tight deadlines. Responsible for processing, supporting and developing administration functions; processing communications, data and transactions, and invoicing with accuracy; communicating with excellent customer service to employees and clients in person, in writing and over the phone. Needs reliable transportation, although not expected to work jobsites, may have to travel to jobsites for administrative duties. Work weeks are 5 days a week with office hours Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm flexible (excluding holiday and scheduled work days off). Pay is dependent on work experience and skills.
Preferred candidate will have knowledge of existing subcontractors and permitting process in Polk county and surrounding areas along with construction accounting processes.
