I rebuilt my hotend, took it all apart and cleaned it, put it all back together and not it says my head is 219c when it is off, when I try to level, it won't heat up because it says it's 219c already and it's cold, can anyone give me a clue how to reset my nozzle real temp

Cam anyone help me with thus problem, every time I make a large figure it end up like this, this took 2.5 rolls of filament and 47 hours to print and I come up with crap. It is a brand new machine, everything small I run looks great. I'm confused
