CMHM Architects, is seeking an architectural designer to join our Lakeland, FL office.

Those interested in working within a mentorship-based team environment should possess architectural design ability and a strong working knowledge of construction document preparation, consultant coordination and be skilled in the use of Revit.

Skills/ Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of experience in construction document preparation and/ or degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Lumion, Photoshop, and AutoCAD skills are a plus but not required.
• Assist in project design and modeling.
• Ability to review and coordinate with all building systems and specialty engineers throughout the project.

Residential Remodel for Florida Presbyterian Homes: Located in the Florida Presbyterian community, this house was originally built in 1925. The 95-year-old home has sheltered many families over the century and had become dilapidated from years of emptiness. Our goal on this project was to rehabilitate the home to fit the needs of our client, while maintaining the historic look of a central Florida bungalow.
