🚧 PROJECT UPDATE — MID-JOB

This project is well underway, and it’s turning into quite the transformation!

What started as a paint job quickly uncovered a lot of rotten wood throughout the decks, including significant deterioration behind the band boards. We’ve also found areas of siding that need to be replaced.

So far, we’re:
🔨 Rebuilding and repairing the decks
🪵 Replacing rotten wood and damaged band boards
🏠 Replacing sections of damaged siding
🎨 Preparing the exterior for a complete paint job
🖌️ Painting all of the black iron fencing around the pool
💪 Addressing the underlying issues before everything gets covered back up

This is exactly why proper preparation and inspection matter. You can’t always see the problems until you start taking things apart.

We’re still right in the middle of this one, but the transformation is already starting to show. More updates to come as we work toward the finished product!

There’s nothing better than a beautiful day at the lake to be hard at work. Friday we installed a brand-new roof and pouring a small concrete slab—another day of helping our customers bring their projects to life.
