🏡 PROPERTY TRANSFORMATION: From Neglected to Notice-Me! ✨

Talk about a glow-up! This property had years of overgrown neglect, but our crew stepped in to completely revitalize the space from front to back.

Here’s a breakdown of what we tackled on this massive project:

Front Yard Face-Lift: We cleared out giant, overgrown weeds and dead ornamental grasses by the main entrance, replacing them with a clean, beautiful stone bed and fresh, intentional plantings that accent the gorgeous brickwork.

Driveway Garden Refresh: Swapped out massive, unruly shrubs for a low-maintenance, high-impact river rock bed featuring neat ornamental grasses and compact shrubs.

Out with the Old, In with the Wood: We tore down a broken, outdated white vinyl fence and replaced it with a stunning, custom wood privacy fence complete with a beautiful arched gate and arbor.

Backyard Reclamation: Tackled the patio area, clearing out a jungle of dead brush and tall weeds to reveal the gorgeous flagstone patio and restore access to the gazebo.

The transformation is complete! There is nothing quite like the clean, sharp lines of a fresh landscape to completely change the feel of a property.

This project was all about refreshing the textures and defining the space. Here is a look at what went into this update:

Fresh Mulch: We laid down a rich, dark mulch to provide a clean contrast against the greenery and help with moisture retention for the plantings.

River Rock Accents: Natural river rock was used to create beautiful, low-maintenance borders and drainage paths that complement the existing stonework and wooded surroundings.

Driveway Topcoat: To tie it all together, a fresh gravel topcoat was applied to the driveway, giving it a smooth, uniform finish and improving curb appeal instantly.

The combination of organic wood mulch and smooth river stone creates a tiered, professional look that really makes the mega arbel walkways and foundation plantings pop.

Today’s Project: Planting Roots & Making Memories

There’s nothing quite like a project that brings generations together! Today, we wrapped up this simple but sturdy timber garden border, designed specifically for a client who wanted a special space to garden with her grandkids.

We cleared the area and installed a fresh pressure-treated timber edge to define the bed and keep everything contained. To give those future plants the best start possible, we filled it with a rich, composted garden soil—perfect for little hands to dig into.

Project Highlights:

Custom Timber Framing: A clean, low-profile border that blends perfectly with the existing deck and lattice.
Premium Soil Prep: Nutrient-dense composted soil, ready for flowers, veggies, or whatever the kids choose to grow.

Functional Design: Tucked right against the deck for easy access and supervision.
