Dinner at was a transcendent experience and a master class in how seasonal regional ingredients shine when honored by a great chef. Every dish was flavorful and it’s own experience. We explored the many nuances
crustaceans, the richness of soup in late spring, the crispness of local produce, and the joy of an alligator 🐊 cookie. This is a must-visit experience in New Orleans.

Another exceptional trip in the books. Highlights:

~ was a revelation. Louisiana’s best with Chef’s special style and so much hospitality. Thank you for introducing us in Austin this year.
~ offered me my personal cocktail perfection in the Feast of Avalon.
- .john.restaurant is classic and a little bit cheeky. Pork belly cassoulet and dirty rice with house-made boudin? Yes please.
- at the newly renovated is an ode to the South with ’s hand showing in every dish. Dirty rice with duck and beignets fried in clarified butter are simply an experience.
- rounds out with a chicken biscuit that puts all other chicken biscuits to shame.
