We strive to provide weird, rare and just plain bizarre plants for your home and office as well as hard to find herbs and other medicinal plants for your patio or garden. We have been growing carnivorous plants in the Pacific Northwest for 25 years and specialize mostly in outdoor grown Sarracenia but also grow a variety of other carnivorous plants including Pinguicula, Dionaea muscipula (Venus Fly Traps), Drosera, and Nepenthes.

'Vintners Treasure'

This spectacular cultivar is one of my favorites. It is a sibling to the famous Saurus. It gets a deep purple and appears to pass that on to their offspring. We have several hybrids with it as a parent where the pitchers slowly turn Red throughout the season. We used it extensively throughout this year's crosses. Definitely looking forward to seeing all these beautiful seedlings 💜

We will be highlighting as many pollen/pod parents as we can throughout this season. It will help give you an idea of what seedling characteristics might come through. This one is a beautiful, large, color changer, that slowly turns purple with sun and age. Jerry Addington's Sarracenia and Predatory Perennials , keep an eye on yours, it is a fun one to check on daily. It reminds me of water color painting 🌈 got this one from Casey's Carnivores ☺️

Advent Calendar Pre-Sale:

Last year's Advent Calendars were so much fun, we decided to do them again this year. We made 500 crosses, so we could share them all with y'all.

They consist of 24 days, each containing a vial of 25+ Sarracenia seeds. Each one is a different known cross that we made. It was a great year for the Seeds, with practically every cross potentially having some top tier babies. Great variety and colors, I'm really excited for them all.

These calendars are $100 plus shipping if needed ($20). Becky does a great job of wrapping them. They are special 🥰 by ordering early you will also get a free shirt. It will be one of our handmade designs and sure to be cool 😎 so let us know your size when you order.

To order, send us a message and we can talk details. PayPal works good for us, other options can be available. US only. Deadline for the free shirt bonus is to purchase before the Fall Equinox (September 22nd). We will have them delivered before December 1st.
