There are levels to this s**t 🙌 getting things perfect in a 100+ year old home may be difficult, but rarely is it impossible. If it doesnt look like this when you get your cabinets installed, hire someone else!

I've built tons of cabinets and this is by far the easiest hinge install ever. All of the instructions for everything else have been really clear too, Menards really has the whole cabinet thing figured out. Stay tuned for the reveal when we get them installed 🙌

Quick refresh on this little stair set for one of our longest standing clients, she always has the most satisfying projects for us. Can't wait to see what's next!

When this set was built, they installed the boards incorrectly so they would hold water, a very common mistake on deck boards. When installing wood boards, they should be installed to where the end grain makes a frowny face, that way as they weather they will warp in a way that actually sheds water, vs cupping the edges upwards and creating a trough to hold water.

This client wanted to make the switch to composite boards, so we picture framed them in with some 45° cuts so you don't see the silly looking edges that you often see in composite decks. A small but fun project, the customer couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Little before and after of this Lakewood tub/surround replacement. While doing demo we found a newspaper in the wall dated march of 1924!! This tub was almost half inch thick steel and weighed in at over 700 pounds!! This client couldn’t be happier with the results 👌

This rental unit wasn't in bad shape, but the floor was starting to get soft and the tenant was experiencing some mobility issues so the landlord used it as an excuse to do some updates.

We ended up gutting all of the walls and floor and installing new drywall, subfloor, and a stand up shower so the tenant could get in and out of the shower easier.
