The exteriors are rolling!

For this home, we painted all brick and vinyl siding using Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh. Before painting, we scraped all loose and failing paint from the brick, spot primed with Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer, and back rolled the finish coat to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.

First exterior of the season in the books. This project included a full refresh on all board and batten siding, along with selected trim and a few doors. We used Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh for its durability, clean finish, and long-term performance against the elements. Really happy with how this one turned out and excited to get the exterior season rolling!

A refresh for this Toledo homes crown molding.

All rooms were masked head to toe to protect the walls and furniture from overspray.

The current top coat was oil based. We sanded down all areas, caulked all seams, as well as ran a clean caulk line on the top and bottom of each molding piece to leave a sharp edge.

All areas then received two coats of Emerald Urethane, sprayed with a fine finish tip. This product is a waterborne alkyd enamel, which allows us to skip the oil primer step while still achieving excellent adhesion.

We couldn’t be happier with the final finish and the level of dust control maintained through the process!

Full interior repaint completed — ceilings, walls, trim, and doors.

All walls received two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior Acrylic for solid coverage and an even finish throughout. Trim and doors were finished with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel for a smooth, consistent look.

Proud of this one. A lot of work went into it and it turned out exactly how we wanted!

A beautiful transformation in this Perrysburg homes foyer area!

All baseboards, casing, and doors were replaced prior to our arrival. We applied an oil primer to all areas, followed by sanding, caulking, and filling nail holes, before applying two coats of Emerald Urethane.

Because the original walls were finished with an oil enamel, we sanded all surfaces using a dustless sander, then applied an oil primer followed by a latex primer to better prepare the walls for wallpaper installation.

It was a pleasure to be a part of this project, and it was great to see it fully completed!

This beautiful Toledo home all finished up!

Emerald, in a satin sheen applied to all walls.

Weekdays, evenings, and weekends put in on this one to get it finished up in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result!

Another large project finished up!

All cabinets, built ins, bathroom vanities, trim, and doors in the home were prepped and fine finish sprayed.

All ceilings received a fresh coat of white. All walls received two coats of Emerald, in a satin sheen.

Many light fixtures swapped out, while moving some of the mounts to center them in areas. Along with many ceiling/ wall patches.

Bathrooms were sealed after wallpaper removal, skimmed, sanded, and primed before receiving paint.

Very happy with the results on this one and a very dramatic change in the home!

This one was earned.

All wallpaper areas were removed, and sealed.

All bedroom borders were texture matched with knock down. Foyer area, and back family room received full skim coats to give the walls a clean, smooth finish.

All existing caulk was failing. Every seam we painted was cut out and received a fresh bead of caulk over a tape line to leave a crisp finish.

All walls received two coats of Emerald, Sherwin Williams highest end interior paint, in a matte sheen.

We couldn’t be happier with the finish on this home, and the opportunity to show how versatile our crew is!
