Swartzentruber Construction is growing—and we’re looking for the right person to help keep our entire operation running smoothly.

This is NOT a typical office job.

This role is the central hub of our business, connecting:
✔ Field crews
✔ Project managers
✔ Payroll (Paychex)
✔ Job costing & purchasing (QuickBooks)
✔ Job tracking systems
👉 If you thrive on organization, accuracy, and keeping things running like a machine—you’ll love this role.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Process payroll and ensure accurate job costing
• Manage purchasing, A/P, and invoicing in QuickBooks
• Support Project Manager with creating quotes
• Maintain job tracking and system data (Excel + job tickets)
• Keep all systems aligned and up to date
• Support the flow from job planning → ex*****on → financials

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong with systems, numbers, and process
• Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable
• Able to keep up in a fast-moving construction environment
• Strong computer and software skills (QuickBooks, Excel, and related tools)
• Ability to train others and help enforce systems and processes
• Must have experience with QuickBooks and payroll systems
• Experience in construction or job costing preferred

⚠️ Deal Breaker:
If you have never personally owned payroll, purchasing, A/P, A/R, and truly understand QuickBooks, this is not the right role.

Hydraulic system was serviced approximately 150 hours ago.
Drill pipe 410’ on the machine and 220’ on the trailer. The drill pipe has approximately 1500 hours of use, and it has been rotated regularly.
Comes with drill housing and bit.

2019 MX125 Mixing system with cox 1.5-inch hose reel and 125’ of 1.5-inch hose.
The primary seal in the mixing system pump was just replaced 40 hours ago by Vermeer.
The Honda motor on the mixing system was replaced 180 hours ago.
