I wanted to introduce myself because I know home projects are personal, and sometimes they can feel a little intimidating too.

One thing I’ve heard from clients, especially single moms, is that having a crew of men you don’t know walk through your home for a quote can feel overwhelming. You’re trying to juggle work, kids, safety, and a million other things. One single mama to another , The last thing you need is to feel uneasy in your own house.

I want you to know I get it. As a woman on the Miller Construction team, I’m here to help make the process easier. If having me there for your initial quote or project walkthrough helps you feel more comfortable, just say the word. I can be there to listen, take notes, answer questions, and make sure you feel heard and respected the entire time.
I will be there through the whole process of whichever project you are choosing to have done as I also help do the repairs and projects start to finish.

At Miller Construction, no job is too big or too small. Whether it’s a leaky faucet, a full kitchen remodel, new siding, or a deck repair, we treat your home like it’s our own. We show up when we say we will, we explain things in plain language, and we keep you updated so there are no surprises.

We care about the people we work for. Your comfort matters. Your budget matters. Your time matters. If it’s easier to schedule around school pickup, if you want to meet on the porch first, or if you just want another woman in the room while we talk plans, we can make that happen.

We also have select materials on hand from past jobs that we offer at a discounted price. If you’re trying to stretch your budget, ask us what we’ve got. It might be the perfect fit for your project.

Updating Your Home? Ask Us About Materials We Have On Hand

If you’ve been holding off on a home project because materials are expensive, we might be able to help.

At Miller Construction, we handle interior and exterior remodeling, and from our own projects we sometimes end up with extra quality materials. Instead of letting them sit in the shop, we’d rather offer them to homeowners at a discounted price. No job is too big or too small, and the same goes for the materials — whether you need enough for a full room or just a small repair.

Materials we often have available:
This changes as we work, but you can check with us for things like cabinets, countertops, drywall/extra drywall cuts, flooring, tile, vanities, interior doors, trim, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. If we have what you need, you get it below retail because we already own it.

How we can work with you:
Full remodel service: Want us to handle everything from design to install? We’ll do it. We use our materials when they fit your project, or source what you need.
Materials only: Doing the work yourself? Buy what we have on hand and keep your budget in check. We’re happy to help DIYers and landlords.
Advice with no pressure: Not sure if what we have will work in your space? Send us photos or measurements. We’ll give you an honest answer.

We’re not a supply warehouse and we’re not working with another company on this. These are just extra materials from Miller Construction jobs that we want to put to good use in our community. Inventory rotates, so it’s worth asking what we’ve got before you pay full price somewhere else.
