Some homemade herbal tea. With a lil kick of cayenne pepper. It's actually pretty good. Can't wait for more of my herbs to grew this year.

We don't only take care of house and home but yourself as well.
Long day finally was able to eat my dinner and plan meals and workouts for next week. Feel like this life style foe my kids and I is a full time job, but who else gonna make sure we stay healthy.

Egg searching.
I use a tiny screen that is graded for window screen. The holes are small so worm eggs don't fall through but big enough the dirt to fall through. Been using this kind of screen for years and it never fails
